All reference to $ or 'dollars' means Australian Dollars.
All prices are considered correct at the time of posting however these prices may change over time.
The following terms & conditions apply to your reservation - please read carefully:-
1. You are about to make an offer of reservation on a room or property. It is expressly understood that The Furnished Property Group (as landlord) reserves the right to decline this offer of reservation, suggest an alternative property or re-negotiate an alternative move in date with you (the tenant).
2. If your offer of reservation is rejected your credit card will not be debited. This will be confirmed by an email response entitled 'unsuccessful reservation'.
3. If your offer of reservation is approved and accepted your credit card will be debited the quoted reservation fee. This will be confirmed by an email within 48 hours of submitting the offer of reservation. The email will be entitled 'successful reservation'
4. If your offer requires re-negotiation including an alternative commencement date, an alternative end date, an alternative room or an alternative property, The Furnished Property Group will contact you with the suggested alternative. The email will be entitled 'alternative offer of accommodation.' If you accept this offer, your credit card will be debited. If you decline this and all subsequent offers your account will not be debited.
5. Do not make any plans including flights and hotel bookings until you have received email confirmation from The Furnished Property Group of a successful reservation.
6. It is expressly agreed that the information provided to The Furnished Property Group on the TFPG Customer Booking Form is accurate and correct. The Furnished Property Group will process your application based on the information provided on the TFPG Customer Booking Form and as the landlord will accept, reject or re-negotiate a booking based on this information.
7. The Furnished Property Group will not refund any reservation fees based on a reservation being approved as a result of false and misleading information entered on the TFPG Customer Booking Form.
In placing my offer of reservation, I (as Tenant) accept and agree to the following terms, conditions, fees and charges.
Agreement:
The Tenant will be required to sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement or Lodger Agreement prior to commencing the tenancy usually on or close to the day of lease commencement.
Non Refundable:
The reservation fee on an approved application for tenancy is non-refundable.
Rental Bond:
The Tenant agrees to pay rental bond of $500 per person in shared accommodation and $1000(+) in self contained units prior to the commencement of the Residential Tenancy Agreement. If the application is successful, The Furnished Property Group will email a New Tenancy Information Pack providing details of bond lodgement and other requirements.
Cleaning:
It is the tenants responsibility to thoroughly clean the property at the end of the lease. If this is not carried out to a suitable standard MINIMUM charge of $200 will deducted from the bond.
Bills:
The Tenant must pay a flat rate for electricity, gas and excess water at a rate of $2.00 per person per day. The Tenant hereby authorises the Landlord to deduct this charge from the Bond upon the termination of the tenancy.
Payments By The Tenant:
In addition to the payment of rent the Tenant must at the commencement of the lease pay an agency fee of $60 per person.
