Our goal at The Furnished Property Group is to build a better online community in order to create a more connected, informed, and fun environment for our current and future tenants. We feel that such social network outlets as Facebook provide a perfect platform to work off of, so we urge all of our tenants to become a fan of our Facebook page.

Congratulations go to Sean Falvey – the winner of The Furnished Property Group’s Video Contest for CASH! Way to go Sean! You just got yourself 300 big ones!!
Sean spent some time at 252 Campbell Parade, and, because of the amazing views of the beach, decided to make a video for us. Thanks so much for the video. We loved it! Take a look!
As for the other participants, great work! We were thrilled with the turnout and apologize for any delays in the judging process. Thanks!

Because of the upcoming holiday, The Furnished Property Group has extended the Video Contest deadline by one day. The office will be closed on Monday, June 8th, which was when we were originally planning to announce the video finalists and open it up for the voting.
Additionally, we have realized that since it is a holiday, it is probably also a great day for our tenants to finish and perfect their videos.
So, now, videos must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Monday, June 8th. The finalists will be announced on Tuesday, June 9th and voting will open to the public!

Ok tenants! We have now reached the final week for submissions to our video contest for cash – $300 to be exact! If you haven’t yet submitted a video, get on it 
Remember, the process is really easy – just create a video that is under 90 seconds and send it my way. We’ll post on the website and start the voting in a week.
Your video doesn’t have to be professional as creativity is key! I look forward to getting your submissions and sharing them with everybody else. One week to go!

By now, most of you have probably heard about our Video Contest for Cash. If not, there is still plenty of time to get those videos going before our midnight deadline on June 7th!

So far the feedback has been quite good – and for a $300 prize, how can it be otherwise?! Remember – all it takes is a 90 second video done in a creative light for your chance to win.

The Video Contest for Cash!

Could you use a little extra spending money? How about $300 to be exact?! The Furnished Property Group is giving you the chance to win just that with The Video Contest for Cash!
All you have to do is create a video – 90 seconds or less – showcasing your favorite part of living in your furnished property. You can talk about anything – the view, the location, the beds, the privacy, etc. It doesn’t have to be professional. We just want creativity! So, for example, if your favorite part of your property is the closeness to the city, you could create a video of you starting your day at home and then walking to the city, but in 90 seconds or less of course!
Submission Deadline: Sunday, June 7th 2009
Who can participate? All tenants currently in TFPG, or those who will be signed up and with submissions sent before the closing date. Basically, you must be a tenant within the dates of May 18 – June 7, 2009.
